department of finance at 1-850-410-9895 or logging onto there web-site
at www.dbf.state.fl.us.

• Request application form and instructions
They will send you the application, and your finger print card.
You must fill this out and send everything back with a check for
$200.00.
2. REGISTER FOR 3 Day (24 HOUR) MORTGAGE BROKER CLASS.
Contact your local professional school for dates. Here are the numbers
to Gold Coast Professional schools. They have five locations to
choose from.

3. SCHEDULE TEST. Once you have completed the course
and application you can call the department of finance to schedule
your test 1-850-410-9895. You must have the application in by the
15th of the month to be able to take the class the following month.
(Send in application by June 15th. You will be scheduled to take
the course in July.)
